The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. To help us with this, we have a patient participation group (PPG) so that you can have your say. We consult the members of this group from time to time about the quality of the care or service you receive and our priorities for the future. The group holds meetings at different times, face-to-face, online ot a 'hybrid' of both.
We aim to have a sufficient number of patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

Getting Your View
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
