NHS England is currently checking GP patient lists to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

If you are removed from our patient list, you may no longer be registered with a GP and may need to register with a practice again before accessing routine GP services.

This may affect patients who have not used NHS services recently, even though they still live locally and wish to remain registered with us.
